Inspiring Young People Award
The Inspiring Young People Award acknowledges companies that have made a commitment to develop and train young people in their business or those who support emerging talent. This can be through apprenticeships, or by providing work experience, learning pathways and training opportunities.
The judges will look for:
- How support for individuals has helped the business to develop
- Examples of individuals who have made a positive and memorable difference in the company
- Job creation and opportunities for progression
